Hello fellow bowlers/students:

I hope this email finds you and your family well.  The 2009/2010 bowling season is coming to a close (league season) and I am in need for your accomplishments/feats for the season.  Any positive accomplishment (increase in average, tournament results, league results, honor scores, etc.) should be included.

Also, the weekend of June 12 & 13 I will be back in Wisconsin with Dr. Willow rolling out a brand new 4-5 hour clinic called: "The Playbook".  This is the first clinic of this type offered in the industry.  We have put together a Student's handbook that consists of entire process of getting prepared for an upcoming event.  We will be covering all the essential components needed to fully prepare yourself for an upcoming event.  After the clinic a Demo Day will be offered to those interested that will consist of the new product line from Ebonite (Columbia, Ebonite, Track and Hammer).  Bowlers will have the opportunity to test the new products.

The specifics of this clinic will be addressed in the next week or so.

Please contact me if you are interested. Looking forward to hearing about your successes!

Saturday, June 12,  9 a.m. - 1pm.  Ten Pin Alley, Fitchburg
Sunday, June 13, 9 a.m. - 1 pm.  Dan's Village Bowl, Brownsville.

"The Playbook" will be the first type of seminar that will teach and provide information on the ESSENTIALS needed to fully prepare for an upcoming event/tournament.  Many clinics teach a component of the overall process.  We have taken the A-Z approach and condensed them into a 4 hour clinic that provides the bowler the needed preparation through knowledge on the best opportunity for success.

Each bowler will receive a customized manual covering every aspect discussed during the clinic.  I will be teaching the physical side of the process while Dr. Willow will be teaching the mental aspect of the process.

After the clinic, Ebonite will be conducting a Demo Day specifically for the students of the "The Playbook."  This will be an opportunity to test a couple of Ebonite's newest product.

The cost of the clinic is $100.  Any bowler wishing to reserve a spot, please contact me at coachshady@gmail.com or (814) 397-9475.

We have changed the date for the upcoming Playbook Clinic due to a schedule conflict with Dr. Willow.  The new date is now scheduled for Saturday, August 14 at Ten Pin Alley (Fitchburg, WI) and Sunday, August 15 at Dan's Village Bowl (Brownsville, WI).

I will be conducting individual lessons during the weekend of June 12.  Saturday, June 12th will be held at Ten Pin Alley and June 13th will be held at Dan's Village Bowl.  These lessons will be scheduled in hour increments.  All lessons consist of video analysis (Bowler's Map), live audio, customized skill drills and a take home DVD.  The cost is $80.  If interested, please email me ASAP to reserve a spot.  There will only be 8 spots each day.

If you have any questions, please email me at coachshady@gmail.com

Hope to see you all this summer.

Cheers!

The Playbook Clinic will be rescheduled for the month of either October or November depending on the availability of the bowling centers.  Due to many bowlers inquiring about conducting this new clinic during the bowling season, we have decided to reschedule the Playbook Clinic so it will meet the availability of the majority of participants, which is the bowling season.  If you have signed up for the clinic, please mark your calendars for the reschedule of this clinic.  We will be finalizing the date within the next two weeks.

Looking forward to seeing you in October and November.

I will still be offering individual lessons for the day of August 14th in Fitchburg and the 15th in the Ripon area.  If you are interested in a Bowler's Map Lesson with a DVD, please contact me at the email so I can hold a spot.  I will only be scheduling 8 spots and they usually fill very quickly.

Hope to see you all soon.

Thank you,
Mike
