Mens, Womens, Couples and Youth tournaments.....

    If you fit in any one of the above categories, there is a tournament for you next weekend in the Wausau area at Weston Lanes. Four seperate events:

    Mens Scratch Tournament (3 qualifying shifts, on the 14th & 15th, final rounds on the 15th)
    Womens Scratch Tournament (2 qualifying shift on the 15th, finals on the 15th)
    Couples Scratch Tournament (Sunday the 16th)
    Youth Scratch Tournament (Sunday the 16th)

    What about someone like Chaz Bono, who doesn't seem to fit in any of the above categories?

    Hmmmm....good point PB.

    I bet the tournament directors completely overlooked this as a potential issue. I will surely mention it to them. I would guess that they would go by which ever box he/she checked to specify gender on the sanction card form. But if you talk to him/her in the meantime, I believe the Men's tournament is open to women also, so he/she could bowl something if he/she showed up.

    For anyone confused, you look straight down and what you see is what you are. Once you have a re-assignment surgery that changes what you see, then you have in fact changed what you are. So, I guess the only problem would be if you look down and see both.

    Just a reminder to the five forum readers out there. Spread the word. The place to be bowling this weekend Weston. The atmosphere, prize fund and competition of a regional at 1/3 the cost to enter. Just saying.....
